Q.01How large a project can you take on?
Because the operation is small, only a limited number of projects can run at once. Scope and timeline are agreed concretely at the start, with a realistic plan. If something cannot be done, you will hear so honestly.
Q.02Is there a fee for a consultation?
The first consultation is free. Trials and development are quoted once the details are clear.
Q.03What kind of contract is used?
A service agreement. Invoices can be issued.
Q.04Do you work with local governments?
Yes. Procurement methods (competitive quotes, single-source contracts and so on) and paperwork differ by municipality, so the process is worked out together with your requirements.
Q.05How are meetings held?
Usually online. If the site needs to be seen or an in-person explanation is needed, a visit can be arranged.
Q.06Is maintenance available after delivery?
Yes. Bug fixes, model retraining and other support can continue.
Q.07How is the data I provide handled?
It is used only for the purpose of the project. Storage, retention and deletion afterward are set in the contract.
Q.08Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. An NDA can be signed before any documents or data are shared.
